You’ve received loads of guidance about how to handle physical, mental, and emotional challenges coming at us in waves. All good. I want to show you another way – something to add to your tool kit now or when the other stuff isn’t working.
I want to make two key points for you to remember and explore:
- You are an energetic being swimming in an energy ocean.
- Form follows frequency.
When you come from a knowing around these two ideas, your world will shift. You’ll see and feel things you missed – things that matter in managing your life and your work.
And you’ll begin to access a powerful tool kit that you’re probably lacking now.
Here’s what you can do today and every day to strengthen your life. These are the three most important actions you can take to best manage your personal energy.
First, deal with your fears. Here’s how: cast the burden. This tool comes from the Bible. The idea is to give our troubles to God. Fear does not like to be seen. Call it out. Name each fear. And give it to the God of your understanding. Fear trashes your immune system and lowers energy in every element of your life. Fear is tricky – it’s not going away so easily. But you can banish it in this now. Use this tool frequently – in every moment you feel fear or think a fearful thought. You’ll feel your body relax a little.
Second, get grounded. Your electrical energy is incoherent. The energy of your thoughts and feelings is in a bit of chaos. Go outside. Stand on the earth. Allow your energy mess to drain in the ground. The earth knows exactly what to do with crazy energy. You’ll find a sense of calm and order begin to engulf you.
Third, go outside. Spend a few minutes in sunlight – even on a cloudy day. The sun provides every frequency. One definition of “the sum of every frequency” is love. Allow your being to absorb love and the frequencies it needs from the sun. Feel a warm glow fill you and overflow into the world.
