Business Energy Management

Business Energy Assessment

The Field is the sole governing agent of matter.” Einstein

Your business is alive. I can communicate with it.

This is about managing the energy of your business. About discovering things about you and your business you can only access by reading its energy. Guidance that cuts through the overload of mundane information swirling around your business. Clear direction that moves you toward the natural flow that supports your business goals and intentions. Tools to manage the unseen elements of your business.

My service is unique. So am I. I’ve spent years learning to connect with energies in The Field to help my clients. It’s second nature for me now. And because I’ve studied and practiced the art and science of business, I’m able to speak your language as I bring practical information about your organization to you from The Field.

The idea of a Business Energy Assessment may be new for you – may even seem a little strange. That’s how it was for me too.

As an organizational development specialist I had been working toward deepening my understanding of corporate culture – ways to see it clearly and access it in service to building better organizations. I want to make change easier.

At the same time, I was learning to access The Field – the unseen world – finding messages, information, and healing there. It finally dawned on me to pull new kinds of information about the company I worked with from The Field – information I couldn’t get using the best of business practices.

The Business Energy Assessments I offer can’t be found anywhere else. Sure, kings and emperors have employed wizards and magicians to access information in The Field for a very long time. And for an equally long time you could find a tarot reader in the village commons. Intelligence and law enforcement agencies employ highly accurate remote viewers. This is different.

I invented these assessments to tell me what I needed to know to move an organization forward in the quickest, sanest way possible. The initial version was a simple one-page assessment tool – a table with some labels and a lot of space. Then I tuned in to the energy of the organization I was working with – the thought form or aggregated energy of everything about the business. I found I could communicate with this “entity.”

The first couple times I accessed The Field for what I hoped would be key messages about an organization’s culture I was surprised by how quickly, cleanly, and clearly information filled the form as I channeled information from the business energy.

The leaders of these organizations were astonished by the accuracy of the results. One board chairman thought I must have interviewed everyone on the board to get this kind of deeply accurate assessment. And as a change agent, I found the recommendations fascinating and spot-on.

But then I forgot about my business energy assessment tool. I struggled to make change easier for organizations. I tried to pinpoint leveraged action that would touch lightly but in ways that created out-sized results as they rippled through the organization. Only I wasn’t accessing The Field for data and guidance.

When I remembered to pull the form out and put it to work again I saw immediate movement when I implemented the recommendations that came from The Field. And I gained valuable insights from the guidance and practical advice provided in the organization assessment.

Most important, as I dive deeper into managing the energy of an organization I see how every move effects the energy of its leaders, supporters and clients. The Business Energy Assessment serves as a key tool in helping me raise the energy of everyone touched by the organization. That’s my goal.

My special gift is connecting with entities in The Field for stuff my clients need to bring them what they want. Coupled with my experience in organizations, The Field has put me in perfect position to help you manage the energy of your business.

I enjoy doing each business energy assessment! There’s something about being the channel for this unusual information and helping you run your business more effectively that energizes me.

I know a Business Energy Assessment isn’t for everyone. Some people are freaked out by the possibility that we can know anything we want to know – that it’s all available to us in The Field. I also know that, for those who are ready, this information can be incredibly valuable.

This is about your business and it’s about you. The new part for you is that you’ll be talking with The Field – through me. You can’t get this information from your spreadsheets, your trusted advisers, or even your intuition.

I have a test to see if this is right for you. I’ll get a tiny bit of information from you and then access The Field to do a slice of the assessment for your organization. I’ll pick the exact slice identified by The Field for our test. I’ll send the messages I receive to you so you can make an informed determination about seeking more information or dropping it. No charge.

If you want a full organization assessment – which I will describe further down the page – the fee is $800.

We can create organization assessments for your entire organization or any part of it. We can assess projects and possibilities. I won’t use it to assess your competitor. The tool can be modified to assess processes and individuals. And I’m sure your mind will be churning to come up with new ways to leverage this powerful tool to access information from The Field to help your business thrive.

That’s it in a nutshell. Now the fun begins!

The Business Energy Assessment evaluates eight areas:

  1. Primary drivers and leverage for change
  2. Internal influencing factors
  3. External influencing factors
  4. Priorities and recommended actions
  5. Keys to implementing recommended actions
  6. Important things to measure
  7. Continuous improvement and next steps
  8. Your personal shift – where to focus your internal attention

Two jam-packed pages; a five-day maximum delivery time; $800.

How does it work? The Field is like a giant library filled with information stored as energy. The energy of your organization is clumped together. Using ancient techniques, I access and read the information in this clump.

For me, the energy of your organization is alive – a sentient being with which I communicate.

Because of my experience working with change in many organizations, I know what to ask. Information from and about your organization can move through me and get translated on the page into terms you and I understand.

A Business Energy Assessment is a little like getting a reading from a psychic. But it’s not about whether you should marry this one or move to Cleveland to accept that job offer. It’s about finding the right leverage to help you step your organization up to the next level.

When you receive a slice or a full business energy assessment I encourage you to sit with it awhile. You’re looking for new information or you wouldn’t be here. Allow this new information to sink in before you judge it or take action. I want you to make necessary changes with a focused intention.

I look forward to working with you to learn more about your organization. I know you care deeply about your people and your work. If I can help you succeed in identifying and implementing the changes your organization needs in order to move forward, the world will be a better place for all of us. I’m also delighted to provide weekly checkin sessions to help you move powerfully into this future you’re creating.

Let’s talk a little about each section of of the business energy assessment.

  1. Primary drivers and leverage for change

I’ll examine and rate your organization around these primary drivers: leadership, capacity, processes, waste, and knowledge. Your organization isn’t going anywhere when there’s trouble in these areas. I’ll take it further and identify where in each area you need to look for leverage to get things moving in the right direction. It’s not that helpful to know that you’ve got a lot of waste; you need to know where to find the most important piles to go after first.

  1. Internal influencing factors

I divide these secondary factors into two groups. The first group includes consistency, connectedness, personal agendas, decision-making, sustainability, and fear. These factors don’t have as strong an influence on your organization’s success as the drivers, but they can either speed flow or muck it up.

The second group includes softer factors: commitment; love of, and knowledge of vision and mission; and commitment, love of, and knowledge of each other. How people feel about your organization’s mission and vision greatly influences their motivation and the quality of their work. Their feelings about each other translate into loyalty and cooperation.

  1. External influencing factors

These four external influencing factors govern your organization’s ability to maneuver out in the world of customers and competition: your connection with your market, regulation, access to resources, and timing. These are broad categories so I’ll provide notes to focus your attention around what’s important.

  1. Priorities and recommended actions

Here comes the practical part. What can you do about what you’ve learned so far? With guidance from The Field I’ll identify your top three issues for attention – the ones that will get you moving in a way that demonstrates the kind of results you need to see right away – and that will ripple through your organization effecting change in positive ways. For each issue I’ll pinpoint leveraged action you can take to get things moving. These recommended actions form the core of the assessment – the rest is lead-up and follow-through. These recommendations are The Work.

  1. Keys to implementing recommended actions

I won’t leave you hanging – next I’ll provide messages about keys to implementation. These are the things to watch for as you move into The Work. This is the tips-and-tricks section customized by The Field exactly to your organization and your situation.

  1. Important things to measure

As a continuous improvement champion, I’m very concerned about what gets measured and why. I favor actionable measurements – ones that tell a story about what’s working and what’s not – and provide clues to look for improvement. Your assessment will suggest things to measure.

  1. Continuous improvement and next steps

I’m also nutty about context. I want to know how stuff fits together. I want you to see a bigger picture about where your actions will lead. Changes beget changes. It’s always good to see ahead so you can take advantage of The Work today to set up The Work of tomorrow. Your assessment will provide a range of possible next steps to help you see the road ahead.

  1. Your personal shift – where to focus your internal attention

This assessment is really about you. You need to be strong and wise in making changes. I want to support you directly. The last section of the assessment provides personal guidance for you. You know that in order for any organization changes to work, they have to begin with you. The Field will provide guidance about what to look for when you look inside in search of the changes you need to make. This is my favorite part of the assessment. And I think it’s the most important part.

I’m offering a slice of the actual business energy assessment for free in order to make sure you and I – and The Field – are on the same page. I’m charging $800 for the full organization assessment, which is more than shits-and-giggles money. This won’t work for either of us unless you are surprised, delighted, and challenged by the information revealed.

If you want my continued help guiding you along the path to your high-frequency organization, my fee for weekly checkin conversations plus unlimited email and text support is $500/month.
